PRIVATE JET CHARTER · OPERATED, NEVER BROKERED
Cleared as filed.
Vector Air operates its own fleet of nine jets with a dispatch desk that answers at 3am. You get one fixed quote, two type-rated pilots on every leg, and a departure that happens when we said it would.

03Routes
Block times we quote flat.
A route is a number, not a negotiation. These are the missions our desk prices most, quoted as one figure that does not move after signature.
BLOCK TIMES ARE DEMO VALUES, BOUND TO THE OPERATOR'S REAL SCHEDULE AT BUILD
04The operation
Our fleet, our crews.
We operate every aircraft we sell. No brokering chain, no mystery operator turning up on departure day, no tail swap you hear about at the FBO.
Two pilots, every leg.
Both type rated on the airframe, both current, both back in the simulator every six months. The right seat is never a formality.
The quote is the invoice.
Fixed at signature. Fuel, crew, handling and fees live inside the number. If weather forces a reroute, you hear from us before anything changes it.

06The operating file
Run like an airline.
Vector Air was started by a charter captain and a dispatcher who were tired of watching quotes drift and departures slip. We run a small fleet the way an airline runs a big one: one maintenance program, one training calendar, one desk that owns every mission from quote to chocks.
- SAFETY AUDIT
- Annual, by an independent external auditor. Findings get closed, not filed.
- MAINTENANCE
- In-house, tracked to the hour on every airframe in the fleet.
- CREW TRAINING
- Simulator recurrent every six months, both seats, every type we fly.
- DISPATCH
- A staffed desk around the clock. A person answers, not a voicemail.
07Charter notes
How fast can you launch?
From a signed quote, wheels up in as little as four hours when an aircraft and crew are in position. We confirm the realistic window before you sign, not after.
Is the price final?
Yes. The quote you sign is the invoice you receive. If a fuel stop or reroute changes the plan, we call you before anything changes the number.
Do you broker other operators' aircraft?
No. If our fleet cannot fly the mission, we say so and point you to an operator who can. We do not resell flights we do not control.
Catering, luggage, ground transport?
Tell the dispatcher on your quote. Cabin setup, catering and cars are locked in writing before departure day, never improvised at the FBO.

Six lines. A dispatcher replies with one fixed number.
