Publishing is free and unlimited on every plan. The credits are spent when you ask the builder for something, never when you push the result live.

## Changing the shape of a page

Three shapes, and each one is a turn like any other.

- **Adding a section** that was not there.
- **Changing a layout** - what sits where, in what order, at what size.
- **Restructuring a page**, including adding or removing one.

## What it costs to ask

The price follows the work, not the kind of change.

- **Every request is a turn**, and every turn draws on your credits. Text and photos included.
- **A small ask costs less than a big one**, because it took less to answer.
- **Editing by hand is free.** If you can fix the wording yourself, that is the cheapest route there is.

## How to publish one

Four steps, and the credits are spent at the first one.

1. Describe the change and let the builder draft it. This is the step that costs.
2. Look at it staged, on your real site.
3. Approve it.
4. Publish. Free, and you can do it as often as you like.

## What is never charged for

Worth knowing before you worry about the meter.

- **Publishing.** Every time, on every plan, however many times you push the same change live.
- **Staging and reverting.** Looking at it and changing your mind cost nothing.
- **A failed generation.** If the model errors or nothing usable comes back, that is ours to absorb, within the fair use limit in the [terms](/legal/terms/).
- **Editing by hand.** Unlimited, always.

## Making your credits go further

Since the ASKING is the unit, ask well.

- **Say the whole change in one go.** One clear request does less work than five that circle it.
- **Get the copy right afterwards**, not before, because editing by hand is free either way.
