---

There is no discovery phase to sit through, because the scope was priced in the quiz before you paid. What follows is the whole process.

## The four stages

Nothing here waits on a meeting.

1. **The brief.** You tell us about the business and hand over what you have.
2. **The build.** We draw and build the site around that brief.
3. **The preview.** Your real site, on a live link you can click through.
4. **The changes.** Two written rounds are in the price.

## The brief

A brief first, and it is written rather than scheduled.

- **The scope is already settled**, because it was priced in the quiz before you paid.
- **Send what you have** - logo, photos, copy, the old site, whatever exists.
- **Missing pieces are not a blocker.** Say what is missing and we work around it.

## The preview

You approve a site, not a picture of one.

- **It is your real site** on a live preview you can click through.
- **It is not a mockup**, so what you approve is what a visitor gets.
- **Nothing goes public until you approve it.**
- **An existing site keeps answering** until the moment you switch over.

## The change rounds

Two written rounds of changes are in the price.

- **Say what is wrong** in either of them and we fix it.
- **Written, not verbal**, so nothing is lost between the saying and the doing.
- **Further rounds are an add-on**, priced before you buy one.

## Going live

The switch is the last step and it is yours to call.

- **You approve the preview.**
- **Your domain points at the new site.**
- **The old site keeps answering** right up to that point.
- **[Two months of hosting](/docs/custom-builds/hosting-included-with-a-build/)** are included with the build.
