Partner Terms
The rules of the referral program, in plain language.
01Commission structure and rates
We publish the current commission rates and how each one is calculated on the program pages. We may change rates in the future, but a change applies only to referrals you make after it takes effect, never to commissions you have already earned. We give reasonable notice before a change, and if you do not accept it you may leave the program and keep the terms you agreed to for your existing referrals.
02Vested commissions survive termination
If the program ends, or your participation ends for any reason other than the fraud grounds below, commissions that have already vested stay payable to you under the payout rules on this page.
03Clawbacks are limited
We only reverse a commission when the sale behind it is reversed. A clawback is limited to amounts tied to a customer refund, a payment dispute or chargeback, or activity we reasonably determine to be fraudulent. We do not claw back your earnings for any other reason.
04Disclosure obligations
Whenever you promote noboringsites, the fact that you may be paid for referrals must be immediately obvious to your audience. Make the affiliate relationship clear and prominent in every post, message, page, or email where you share your link.
05Email and spam
You may only send email to people who have agreed to hear from you. Do not use purchased, rented, or scraped lists. Every message must carry a working unsubscribe option and honour opt outs promptly. You agree to cover us for any loss caused by email you send in breach of these rules or of the spam laws that apply to you.
06No bidding on our trademarks
You must not bid on our brand names or trademarks, or obvious variations of them, in paid search or any other paid placement. Add our brand terms as negative keywords in every campaign you run.
07No self or family referrals
You may not refer yourself, a business you own or control, or a member of your household or immediate family. Every referral must be genuine and at arm's length.
08Currency and foreign exchange
Commissions accrue in Australian dollars. If you are paid in another currency, we convert the payment through our payout rail at the exchange rate in effect at the time of conversion, and you bear any currency conversion cost or difference.
09Tax details before payout
We hold your payouts until you have given us a valid Australian Business Number, or a completed Statement by a supplier where that exemption applies to you. This lets us meet our Australian tax obligations before any money moves.
10Minimum payout threshold
Your balance must reach at least A$50 before a payout is made. Anything below that carries over and is paid once your balance passes the threshold.
11No sub affiliates
You earn only from real customers who buy through your link. You cannot recruit other partners or earn anything from other people signing up to the program.
12Privacy
We handle your personal information in line with our Partner Privacy notice.
