A business system is the software behind a website that handles quoting, bookings, an internal tool or a link between two services your business already runs. Your website needs one once staff start retyping the same detail into more than one place, or a step in the process depends on somebody remembering it. The scope is set out in a written quote before any work starts, the same as a website, and we work through the screens and the workflow with you until it fits how the business actually runs.

Once the system is handed over and paid for in full, it is yours, and copyright in the build passes to you. If the system includes its own website or customer app, hosting, the database and any integrations run on your subscription, with a domain bought separately when one is needed.
