A custom website from noboringsites is built to a written quote that sets out the pages, the design and the functionality before work starts. We work through the design and the content together, then hand over the finished build as yours once you have paid in full. Copyright in the site is yours from that point, while our own templates and build tools stay ours.

You review the site before it goes live, so nothing at handover is a surprise. Hosting, the database and any integrations you need then run on your subscription, so the ongoing costs run through one plan instead of several logins. A domain is bought separately, on the registrar you choose, and is never bundled into that plan. If the project needs booking rules, a store or connections to your existing tools, we include that work in the scope. You can keep software that already works and commission the parts that need to fit your business. ## What does the quote include? A custom website starts from US$1,500. Your quote sets out the agreed work and additions before you commit. Domain registration and ongoing hosting are separate costs. - Start with the brief Tell us what the site needs to improve, what content is ready and which tools you use. - Agree the scope We set out the design, functionality, responsibilities and price for your project. - Review the work You review the site before launch. The agreed revision rounds and delivery arrangements are recorded in the project scope. ## Replacing an existing website? Bring the current URL. We can scope the content that needs to move and the old page addresses that need redirects. A working booking or CRM tool can stay in place when it fits the new site. ## Before We Start ### Would a template suit my business? It may. If a design in our collection fits your content and the work needed to customise it is modest, a template is worth considering. Custom work is useful when the design or customer flow needs to be developed around you. ### Who owns the finished website? For a custom build, the Terms assign copyright in the finished site at handover after full payment. Our reusable templates, build systems and tooling remain ours. ### Can I get help after launch? Ongoing hosting and maintenance are available on a separate plan. Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. We will explain the arrangement before you choose.
