- Is the price really fixed?
- On standard jobs, yes: the number we write down is the number you pay, even if the job runs long. If we open a wall and find something genuinely different, work stops and you get a new written number before anything continues.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Every person who touches your wiring holds a current electrical licence, and the business carries $20M public liability cover. Licence numbers ride on our quotes, invoices and this site's footer.
- Do you charge to come out?
- Emergencies carry a call-out fee that's quoted on the phone and credited against the repair. Planned quotes at your place are free inside our service area.
- Will you certify the work?
- Always. A certificate of electrical safety and the test results for every circuit we touched are part of the job, not an extra. Your insurer can have a copy the same day.
