What happens when it rains on my day?
We slide you to the next dry slot, usually within 48 hours, and the card tells you before you notice. Wet-cut lawns tear; we don't do it to yours.
Do I need to be home?
No. Most of the round never sees us. Gate code or key-safe, pets noted on the job sheet, gate closed behind us, and the completion card as your receipt.
How does billing work?
Card on file, charged after each visit, receipt with the completion card. Skip a round from your phone and you're simply not billed for it.
Can I get a one-off cut?
We're a rounds business, so one-offs only exist as the first cut of a round. If you just need a rescue before an inspection, say so. We'll be honest about whether we can fit you.
