Bonjour
Pâtisserie & salon de thé
Butter, sugar and five soft colours, made by hand before the sun and mostly gone by noon. Choose your six, take a table by the window, and let the morning go slow.

La vitrine
The counter
Four things we almost always have, made in small batches and gone when they're gone. The full list lives on the carte.

Rose, pistache, lavande, citron and more, boxed and tied with a ribbon.
Box of 6, $19

Choux piped this morning, glazed in rose, pistache or vanilla.
from $6

Soft poached pear, raspberries and a little rose cream on shortcrust.

La main
The craft
There's no factory behind the counter. Amandine and one pair of hands mix, fold and pipe everything you see, starting long before the doors open.
We keep the batches small on purpose. It's the only way the macaron feet stay neat and the croissants stay honest.

Le weekend
Order ahead
Tell us roughly what you'd like and when you'll come by. We'll box a mix of the morning's pastries and have it tied and waiting.

What's in the case
Viennoiserie in the morning, macarons and tartes through the day, gâteaux to order, and a quiet salon de thé for staying put.

Le salon
Stay a while
A few marble tables by the window, loose-leaf tea, and whatever just came out of the oven. No rush, no laptop rule, just a soft place to sit.
On dit
Kind words
The rose macarons taste like they look. I bring a box to every dinner and never admit they're not from Paris.
Ordered the pastel gâteau for my daughter's birthday. Nobody wanted to cut it, and then everybody did.
Reserve a box for the weekend, order a gâteau for the fuss, or just push the door open on a Tuesday morning.
