Four pools, one standard.
Same engineered shell, same crew, same warranty. What changes is the shape and the tape measure. Every from-price is a fixed price and includes the dig, the shell, coping, waterline tile, standard equipment, the interior finish and the water.
The lap pool

The plunge pool

The spillover spa

A square of hot water that spills into the pool through a slot in the coping. Built with your pool, it shares the plumbing and the equipment pad and the crew already on site.

From-prices are fixed prices, not teaser rates. Rock, tight access and finish upgrades are priced in writing before anything lifts, so the number you sign is the number you pay.
The finishes
How the water gets its colour.
The interior is what you see and what you swim against, so we keep the list short and warrant it long. Pick the one you love at the design visit, off a real sample, not a screen.
- Pebble interior
- Standard in every from-price. A riverbed blend that reads deep and calm, and hides a leaf better than anything. Ten year warranty.
- Glass bead interior
- The upgrade people photograph. A lagoon blend that lights up at dusk and feels finer underfoot than it looks. Adds $4,800 on a family pool.
- Quartz interior
- For swimmers who want smooth and bright. White or bone, same price as pebble, same ten years.
- Coping and waterline
- A bullnose coping you can sit on all evening, in sandstone or travertine, with a porcelain waterline tile set to two millimetres. Five year warranty.
- Steps and swim-out
- Formed into the shell on spray day, never bolted on after. A wide first step for the little ones and a bench to sit the evening out on.

What does the from-price actually include?
The dig, the engineered shell, coping, waterline tile, standard equipment, your interior finish, the water and a fence-ready handover. The only extras are the ones we find in your yard: rock, tight access or a finish upgrade, all priced in writing before we lift a thing.
How long does a pool take to build?
About twelve weeks from the first cut to the first swim, weather and inspections permitting. You get a plain-language update every week, so you always know what happened and what happens next.
Can you build on a slope or over rock?
Yes. Half the bayside is a slope. The engineering for a sloped block sits inside the fixed price, and rock is priced by the honest hour after we climb down and show you the rock.
Who looks after it once it is full?
We do. First service is on us at thirty days, the equipment carries three years, and we would rather maintain our own spec than inherit somebody else's guesswork.
