We are not for everyone
A tattoo is not a purchase, it is a decision you wear. So we say no more often than most shops: no names on a first date, no trends that will embarrass you by thirty, no rushing a piece that needs two sessions into one.
What you get for that is simple. Work we would sign, in a room we would let our own family sit in, at a price we can look you in the eye about.
The counter
The clean zone
Everything that touches skin is disposable or autoclaved, and everything has a paper trail. This is the part of the shop where nothing is vintage.
Single-use, sealed
Needles, cartridges, grips and barriers come out of dated sterile pouches at the chair, and go to the sharps bin at the end. Nothing is reused. Ever.
Autoclave, logged
The autoclave runs on a documented cycle with regular spore tests. The log sits at the counter and you are welcome to read it before you sit.
Skin prepped like a clinic
Shaved, cleaned, barriered. Fresh gloves at every stage, new ink caps for every client, wipe-down between passes with hospital-grade product.
Straight answers
Ask about anything on the counter and you will get the real answer, not a shrug. Artists who cut corners do not last a week here.

18+ with photo ID, every client, every time. No tattoos while pregnant or sunburnt; medical conditions flagged at the consult.
Aftercare
Six weeks of not much
Healing a tattoo is mostly restraint. The sheet you leave with says the same thing this page does, so nobody has to guess at midnight.
- First 4 hours
Leave the wrap on. When it comes off, wash gently with unscented soap, pat dry with clean paper towel, nothing else.
- Days 1 to 3
A thin layer of the balm we send you home with, morning and night. No soaking, no long showers, no pool.
- Weeks 1 to 2
It will peel and it will itch. Do not pick, do not scratch, keep it out of the sun. Loose clothing over the area.
- Week 6
Healed. Send your artist a photo for the book, and flag anything that settled unevenly so the touch-up can be booked.
