Everything we do for a building, drawn the way the trade draws it. Scroll and the schematic constructs itself, level by level, from the water main to the roof tank.

Planned maintenance

Scheduled preventative programs across your plant and fixtures, priced as a program, not a string of call-outs. The calendar runs itself and the paperwork arrives without being chased.

L02

Backflow and compliance

RPZ and backflow device testing, TMV servicing and certification, annual reports lodged on time. Your compliance dates become our problem, which is the point.

L03

Drains under camera

CCTV surveys with chainage logs and still frames, jetting programs, and relining that fixes the pipe without opening the ground. You get the footage and the report, not just an invoice.

L04

Hot water and plant rooms

Commercial hot water plant, pumps, valves and gauges serviced on schedule and replaced on evidence. We keep an asset register so the plant room stops being a mystery.

L05

Fit-outs and make good

Hydraulic works for tenancy fit-outs, upgrades and end-of-lease make good, delivered to program alongside your builder. Coordinated drawings, no clashes, no surprises at handover.

ROOF

24/7 emergency response

A person answers, a truck moves, and the make-safe is photographed before the water dries. Priority 1 response windows are written into your agreement, not implied.

SHEET 05 OF 07HOW A WORK ORDER FLOWS

Five checkpoints. No black holes.

  1. CHECKPOINT 01

    Logged

Every request lands in the job system with a number, a priority and an asset ID. Nothing lives in a text message.

  2. CHECKPOINT 02

    Dispatched

The right licence for the job, dispatched inside the response window your agreement names.

  3. CHECKPOINT 03

    Photo-verified

Before and after photos on every work order, tied to the asset. If it is not photographed, it is not closed.

  4. CHECKPOINT 04

    Reported

A monthly report your owners' corporation can actually read: work orders, compliance items, photos, costs.

  5. CHECKPOINT 05

    Invoiced

One line per work order, matched to the report. Queries answered with evidence, not apologies.

This is what lands in your inbox on the first business day of the month. Forward it to the committee unedited. That is the test it is built to pass.

SHEET 06 OF 07WHO WE SERVICE

Built for portfolios, not one-off jobs.

Strata residential

Common property plumbing for strata plans, with levies-friendly reporting and no surprises at the AGM.

Commercial office

Towers and campuses where tenants notice everything. After-hours works, clean risers, quiet plant.

Retail and hospitality

Grease, trade waste and hot water that cannot fail on a Saturday night. We plan around trade, not through it.

Industrial

Process water, compressed air lines and site services on assets where downtime is measured in dollars a minute.

Health and aged care

TMV programs, warm water systems and audit-ready records for sites where compliance is clinical.

Education

Schools and campuses serviced in the holidays, safe and documented during term. Working-with-children checks held.

ENDORSEMENTSSIGNED OFF BY THE PEOPLE WHO CARRY THE RISK

Approved, and re-approved.

Fairwater took forty-one buildings off my worry list. The compliance calendar just runs, the reports arrive before I ask, and when a main burst at 4am the make-safe photos were in my inbox by seven.

WHEN IT GOES WRONG AT 2AM

Burst at 2am? One number.

A licensed plumber answers, not a machine. Make-safe first, photos before the water dries, and the incident report filed while the carpet is still being dried.
