Medical and cosmetic dermatology

Your skin, read closely.

Dr. Cora Ellery looks longer and looks closer, from acne, eczema and mole checks to pigment, laser and everyday skin health. You leave knowing what your skin is doing, and what can sensibly be done about it.

The practice

A dermatologist who reads before she reaches for a prescription.

Skin keeps an honest record of what it has been through. Ellery is built to read that record slowly: a proper look under magnification, questions about what changed and when, and a plan that favours the fewest steps that will actually work.

Bring us what you have noticed

Start with what you have noticed.

Point us at the thing that made you look twice: a patch that will not settle, a spot that changed, tone that looks uneven. We read it in person and tell you plainly what it is.

Every skin

We read every skin tone the same way.

Pigment behaves differently across skin tones, and so does laser. Dr. Ellery trained on the full range and treats it that way, from the very fair to the very deep, with settings chosen for your skin rather than a default.

What changed

What changed, and how long it took.

A close read is only useful if it leads somewhere. Here is one representative example of skin followed over a course of treatment.

The dermatologist

The doctor who will read your skin.

Skin keeps honest records. My work is to read them with you, not at you.

Dr. Cora Ellery trained in hospital dermatology before founding Ellery in 2014. She sees medical and cosmetic patients herself, keeps her consultations long, and would rather talk you out of a treatment than sell you one.

Reassurance

No mystery, no pressure. A clear read and a plan you understand.

You will hear what your skin is doing in plain language, what the options are, what each one costs, and what happens if you do nothing. Then you decide, in your own time.
