01The Case Sequence
Four stages. One roof. One team.
Implant dentistry fails on improvisation, so it does not happen here. Your case is scanned, planned, placed and restored by one team, in one building, in a fixed order. Each stage produces the measurements the next one needs.

Plan
Your surgeon and prosthodontist rehearse the surgery on screen: positions, depths and angulations are fixed before the day. A surgical guide is printed from the approved plan.

Place
Under local anaesthesia, fixtures pass through the printed guide into the rehearsed positions. Most full-arch cases leave with a provisional bridge seated the same day.

Restore
After integration, the lab mills your final arch from monolithic zirconia, two rooms from the chair. Fit is verified against the original scan before finishing.

02The Place Chapter
Surgery day, engineered.
A full-arch placement is a morning's work when the plan is finished before you arrive. This is the shape of the day, rehearsed on your scan and timed to the minute.

You are met by name, consented once more on screen, and settled while the theatre is prepared around your guide.

Anaesthesia
Local anaesthesia throughout, with sedation available if your plan calls for it. Nothing proceeds until you are comfortable.

Guided placement
Fixtures pass through the printed guide into the positions chosen on your scan. Depth, angle and torque are read and recorded as we go.

Milled here, not posted away.
Most clinics send impressions to an outside laboratory and wait weeks. Our milling machines sit two rooms from the surgery: your arch can be cut before the morning list finishes, tried in the same week, and adjusted by the technician who made it, sitting next to the surgeon who placed it. One team, one lab, one roof.
