TREATMENT
The work, indexed.
Four treatments cover almost everything we do. Each begins with the same scan and ends with something milled on site. The sections below set out what each involves, what it includes, and where pricing starts.
Single implant
One missing tooth, one titanium fixture, one milled crown. The fixture passes through a printed guide into the position chosen on your scan; the crown is cut in our lab and shaded to the teeth around it.
Most single cases are three visits after the scan: placement, a check during integration, and the final crown. You leave each appointment knowing what the next one is for.

Multiple implants and bridges
Several missing teeth can share fixtures. Two implants can carry a three-tooth bridge, and a row of gaps can be closed with fewer fixtures than teeth, all placed under one guide.
Planning matters more as spans grow. Your surgeon and prosthodontist decide fixture count and position together, on your scan, before anything is scheduled.

Fixed full arch
A full upper or lower arch on four to six fixtures. The bridge is milled from monolithic zirconia in our lab and fixed in place; it does not come out at night.
Most full-arch cases leave surgery with a provisional arch seated the same day, milled in our lab before your appointment. The final bridge follows after integration.

Guided surgery and 3D planning
Every case at Archbourne is planned on a CBCT scan and placed through a printed surgical guide. Position, depth and angle are decided on screen, not in the chair.
This is not an upgrade or a package tier. It is how the clinic works, and it is included with every case we take.

Asked at every consultation.
Will it hurt?
Placement is done under local anaesthesia, with sedation available where your plan calls for it. Most patients describe pressure rather than pain during the appointment, and manage the days after with standard painkillers. You leave with written aftercare and a direct line to the team.
How long does the whole sequence take?
A single implant typically runs a few months from scan to final crown, because the fixture needs time to integrate with bone. Full-arch cases leave with a provisional the same day and return for the final bridge after integration. Your written plan shows each stage with dates.
How long do implants last?
Implants are documented long-term devices, and many serve for decades. No clinic can guarantee a lifespan, and we do not. Longevity depends on bone, bite, hygiene and review attendance. Your surgeon will show you the plan and its assumptions, including what your case depends on.
I have been told I have bone loss. Can I still be treated?
Often, yes. The scan measures the bone you actually have, and angled placement or grafting can make cases treatable that look borderline on a flat x-ray. We answer this from your scan, not from averages.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. Monthly plans are available on every treatment tier, and the figures on this page show typical monthly examples. The written quote from your consultation sets out the total and the schedule before you commit to anything.
