Design
A registered landscape designer draws the master plan: levels, structures, lighting and a planting schedule with every species named.
Construction
Our own crews build the plan, stonework, decks, pergolas and lighting, under the same roof that drew it. No blame between trades, because there is only one.
Horticulture
Horticulturists choose plants for your soil and light, then stand behind them through the establishment season. A garden is a living system, not set dressing.

Every Fernline plan divides a property into outdoor rooms, each with its own light, its own floor and its own planting palette. This is how we walk a garden with you.

The entry sets the contract: sandstone steps, layered planting at shoulder height, and low bollards that light the way to the gate. You know the garden is considered before you touch the handle.

The dining room has no roof. A timber pergola, warm lights on a dimmer, and planting close enough to touch from your chair. Dinner moves outside for half the year.

A level lawn earns its water. We size it to the game it hosts, edge it in stone so it holds its line, and border it with beds that can take a stray ball without sulking.

From drawing to dusk
Every project starts as a hand-rendered master plan you can hold, question and approve. Drag the slider: the same garden, first as canopy circles on paper, then eighteen months in at dusk.

After handover
Most gardens fail in the first two summers, not on the drawing board. Tend is the third promise: we stay with the garden while it establishes, then keep it in shape for as long as you want us.
Every plant we supply and plant is covered through its first establishment season. If it fails while you follow the care calendar, we replace it and find out why.
Quarterly visits timed to the planting schedule: pruning, feeding, lighting checks and the honest word on what the garden needs next year.

The gardens that get planted in spring are drawn in winter. Cold months are for surveys, master plans and approvals, so the build starts the week the soil warms.
