What we paint, and what it costs
Every price below is a from-price for a straightforward scope, confirmed after a walkthrough. The written quote is itemised, so you can see exactly where the money goes.
Interior repaints
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and the hallway everyone touches. We work occupied homes one room at a time, sealed and ventilated, or empty homes floor by floor.
- Full protect + prep, itemised on the quote
- Two top coats, brand and line named in writing
- Colour consult with painted drawdown cards
- Daily tidy, final walkthrough in daylight
From $340 per room. Whole homes from $2,900.

Exterior repaints
Weatherboards, render, brick trim, eaves, gutters and fences. Exterior failure is prep failure, so we wash, scrape, sand and seal before colour goes anywhere near the wall.
- Pressure wash + full surface prep
- Primers and sealers matched to the substrate
- Weather-window scheduling, no rushed coats
- Two-year written workmanship warranty
From $4,800 per facade scope
Commercial programmes
Strata blocks, offices, retail and light industrial. We run scheduled repaint cycles that keep buildings presentable without interrupting the people inside them.
COI and safety documentation before we set foot on site
After-hours and weekend crews as standard
Multi-site programmes with one contact and one report
Photo condition reports after every cycle
Compliance paperwork lodged where your building needs it:
- Vendaport
- Docketry
- CompliCore
- StrataFile
Colour consulting
Bring us the colour you are scared of. We paint drawdown cards, tape them where they will live, and decide with you in the room's own light. $190 on its own, credited in full when we do the job.

Asked on almost every walkthrough
How fast can you start?
Most repaints are booked two to three weeks out. A written quote arrives within 48 hours of the walkthrough, and your start date is in it.
Do we need to move out?
No. We work occupied homes one room at a time, seal doorways, and ventilate as we go. You keep your kitchen and your routine.
What paint do you use?
The brand and line are named on your quote, wall by wall. We spec Northline and Fenwick & Mason systems as standard, and we will match an existing spec if your building has one.
Is the warranty real?
Two years, written into the quote, covering peeling, flaking and blistering on surfaces we prepared. If a line fails, we come back and fix it.
