The facility
Clean, lit, and looked after, every day
A well-run yard is a boring one: nothing leaking, nothing dark, nothing you have to wonder about. Here is how Keyside stays that way.
Lit, locked, looked-after
Secure without the drama
Security here is quiet and constant, not a wall of warnings. Four things do most of the work.
- Your own gate code
- Every renter gets a personal gate code, so entries are logged to a person, not a shared key.
- Cameras on, day and night
- Cameras watch the gate, the corridors, and the drive-up row, and they record around the clock.
- Corridors stay lit
- LED lighting runs every corridor and the lot outside, so there is no dark corner to load in.
- Climate held steady
- Two buildings hold a steady temperature and stay dry, so nothing warps, rusts, or grows musty.

The people
A family on site, not a call centre
Dana Okafor has managed Keyside since 2016, and the family has run it since 2011. Someone who knows the place is here every day the office is open.
That means a real person answers the phone, walks you to your unit, and remembers you next time. It is the whole point of a small facility.
The premises
Two buildings and a drive-up row
412 units across two climate-controlled buildings plus an outdoor drive-up row, with wide aisles and a loading bay of free carts.
The lot is sealed and lit, the aisles are swept, and there is room to turn a van or back a trailer to the door. Come see it in daylight.
