Unit sizes
Every size, measured, with the price on the door
Six units from a 5×5 closet to a 10×30 garage. Here is what each one really holds, in plain words, with the monthly rate right beside it.
Climate-controlled · 25 sq ft
The 5×5: a tidy closet
About the size of a walk-in closet. Good for boxes, a bike, a few bins of seasonal gear, and the odd chair.
What people store here
Students between terms, a spare-room clear-out, or the holiday decorations that never fit in the loft.

The 5×10: a room's worth
A single garage bay's depth. Holds the contents of a one-bed flat: sofa, mattress, boxes, and a bike.
What people store here
People between leases, or making room for a nursery. A sofa, a mattress upright, and ten or so boxes fit with room to walk.

The 10×10: a two-bed apartment
A standard single-car garage. Fits a two-bed apartment, appliances included, with an aisle down the middle.

The 10×15: most of a house
A roomy single garage. Takes a three-bed house minus the very biggest pieces, or a small workshop.
What people store here
Downsizers holding onto the good furniture, or a trade storing tools and stock between jobs.
Reserve a 10×15Drive-up access · 200 sq ft
The 10×20: a whole house
A double garage. Holds a full house, garage clutter and all, with space to reach the back.
What people store here
A full household mid-relocation, or a renovation's worth of furniture waiting for the dust to settle.
Reserve a 10×20Drive-up access · 300 sq ft
The 10×30: house plus a car
The length of two cars nose to tail. A whole house plus a vehicle, or a small trade fit-out.
What people store here
A classic car under cover, a business storing pallets, or a big family keeping everything in one place.

Climate-controlled or drive-up?
Indoors, on a corridor, with the temperature held steady. Best for anything that minds damp or heat: furniture, electronics, papers, and photos.
Ground level with your own roller door, so you back right up and unload. Best for cars, trade stock, tools, and things that shrug off the seasons.
Questions people ask first
Can I get in after hours?
The gate is open 5am–11pm every day with your personal code. The office is staffed 9am–5:30pm Mon–Sat if you want a hand.
Do I need my own lock?
Bring a padlock if you have one you like, or buy a solid one at the office for a few dollars. Only you hold the key.
How does insurance work?
Many home contents policies already cover stored goods. If yours does not, we can point you to a low-cost plan. Your call, not a hard sell.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every unit is month to month. Give us ten days when you are ready to leave and the last month is prorated.
