Get started

The first step is a conversation

No forms that feel like admissions paperwork, no salesperson. You talk to a care advisor about what this month has actually looked like, and you'll put the phone down knowing what's possible.

01What happens next

What happens next, in three promises

  1. 01

    We start by listening

A free conversation — phone first, then at the kitchen table if you'd like. An advisor listens to the whole situation: the health, the house, the family, the worry you haven't said out loud yet.

  2. 02

    We design the week together

You get a written weekly plan in plain English — days, times, tasks and the exact price — that the whole family can read. Nothing begins until you've approved every line.

  3. 03

You meet your carer before anything begins

An introduction visit at home, with tea and no clipboard. If the chemistry isn't right, we propose someone else — care starts only when the match feels like a good one.

02The consultation

Request a care consultation

Tell us a little and an advisor will call you back within one business day. Prefer to talk now? The care line is open 7am to 9pm, every day.

Free and confidential. Requesting a consultation doesn't start care or cost anything — it starts a conversation.

The introduction visit: tea, no clipboard, no hurry.

The care line

Open 7am to 9pm, every day of the year. Outside those hours, current families reach the on-call advisor on the same number.

How fast can care begin?

Usually within a few days of the first conversation. Post-hospital arrangements move fastest — tell us the discharge date and we'll work to it.

Where we work

We care for families across the towns and suburbs around Willowmere House. If you're just outside the area, call anyway — we'll say so honestly and point you somewhere good.
