Ampfield Solar Co.Daylight engineering

Residential solar, engineered

Your roof can pay the power bill.

We are installers first. Every system is sized from your actual usage, engineered in-house and fitted by our own crew, with the payback worked out on paper before a clamp touches your roof.

Where the daylight goes

Daylight in, bill out, all day long.

The roof does not just make power at noon. It runs the house from breakfast, fills the battery by afternoon, and sells the surplus back to the grid while you are out.

MORNING

The house wakes on sun

From first light the array covers the kettle, the hot water and the morning load, so the meter barely moves before you leave.

MIDDAY

The midday export peak

Through the middle of the day the roof makes more than the house can use, and the surplus feeds the grid for a credit on the bill.

EVENING

Battery first, then grid

After sunset the house runs on the day's stored power, and only draws from the grid once the battery is spent.

The bill shrink

Same house. Same habits. A bill a quarter of the size.

A year of quarterly bills for a typical four-person home on a 10.2 kW system. Same house, same habits, the array running the daylight hours and the export credit trimming the rest.

The panel does not care about the weather forecast. It cares about daylight, and daylight shows up every day.

RAILS UP

Engineering design

Panel layout, string design and switchboard check, drawn by the people who will install it. Nothing is priced until the design works.

PANELS ON

Install day

Rail, clamps, panels and inverter, most homes in a single day. Every roof penetration is photographed before it is sealed.

POWERED UP

Grid connection and handover

We lodge the grid paperwork, commission the system and walk you through the meter. Monitoring is set up before we leave.
