OFFCUT is an independent drop studio. Each capsule is cut in a small numbered run from sourced mill-end and deadstock cloth, then retired for good. When a drop sells out, that is the end of it.

The studio rule
We cut small runs from cloth that already exists
Every capsule starts with cloth we source by the roll: mill-end runs, deadstock, factory surplus that never reached the floor. We pattern a small run around what each roll gives us, cut it on the bench, and number every piece. The cloth is finite, so the run is too.

Sourced cloth
We buy mill-end and deadstock cloth by the roll. Nothing is milled to order.

Small runs
Twenty to sixty pieces a drop, however much the roll gives us.

No restocks
Sold out means gone. We move on to the next roll.
