Wexford House · Concierge medicine
Your doctor, personally.
A small membership practice for people who want their own physician again. Unhurried visits, a direct line that reaches a real person, and the time your health actually needs.
- A panel of 300, not 3,000
- A number that reaches your doctor
- House calls when you need them
The difference
Medicine the way it used to feel.
Most practices book three thousand patients per doctor and answer the phone with a menu. We keep the panel small on purpose, so the person who knows your history is the person who picks up.
Time
Visits run as long as they need to. Same day when it matters, never a fifteen minute clock on your health.
Access
Call, text, or email your doctor directly. No triage line, no waiting a week for a slot that lasts seven minutes.
Continuity
One physician who keeps your whole story, coordinates your specialists, and remembers what you talked about last time.
What membership includes
Everything your health needs, kept in one place.
One flat membership covers the care most people want and the access no insurance plan sells.
Longer visits
Appointments booked for thirty to sixty minutes, so nothing gets rushed to the door.
A direct line
Your doctor's own number for calls and texts, answered by the person who knows you.
Same or next day
When something comes up, you are seen quickly, often the same day you call.
House calls
For the days you should not be sitting in a waiting room, your doctor comes to you.
An annual, in depth
A long yearly visit that looks at the whole picture, not a checklist and a handshake.
Specialists, handled
We find the right specialist, share your history, and stay in the loop on what they say.

Your doctor
Dr. Nadia Reyes
Founding physician · Internal medicine
I trained to know my patients, not to see forty of them a day. Here I keep a small panel so I can practice the way I meant to: with time, with attention, and with a phone you can actually reach.
Dr. Reyes opened Wexford House in 2016 after fifteen years in hospital medicine, tired of the ten minute visit. She keeps a panel of three hundred so every patient is a name, not a number on a screen.
How it works
Three steps, and you have a doctor again.
- 01
Request a place
Tell us a little about yourself. Membership is capped, so we take new members only when the panel has room.
- 02
A first long visit
Sit down with Dr. Reyes for a full hour. Your history, your goals, and a plan that fits your life.
- 03
Your direct line
Leave with your doctor's number in your phone. From then on, care is a call away, not a wait away.
A small house, on purpose
Three hundred patients. One doctor who knows them all.
A typical practice carries two thousand patients or more per physician. We cap the panel at three hundred, which is the whole reason your visit is unhurried and your call gets answered.

In their words
The doctor who calls you back.
I texted a photo at nine at night and Dr. Reyes called me back in ten minutes. I did not know medicine could still feel like that.
No waiting room, no phone tree, no starting over with a new face every year. It is the same doctor, and she remembers.
When my father was recovering, she came to the house. That is not a service you can buy anywhere else near us.
Questions
The things people ask first.
Is this health insurance?
No. Wexford House is a membership medical practice, not insurance, and it does not replace it. Keep your insurance for hospital stays, surgery, and specialists. Membership covers your primary care and your direct access to Dr. Reyes.
Can I keep my current insurance?
Yes, and you should. Many members pair a simple high deductible plan with their membership. We are happy to talk through how the two fit together.
What if I need a specialist or a hospital?
Dr. Reyes finds the right specialist, sends your history ahead, and stays involved in the plan. For anything urgent, call the direct line first and she will guide you.
How many members do you take?
The panel is capped at three hundred. When it is full, new members join a short waiting list. It is the only way to keep visits unhurried and the phone answered.
Meet the doctor before you decide.
The first conversation is unhurried and costs nothing. Come see the house, meet Dr. Reyes, and ask anything. Membership is a decision you should make in person.
