Unhurried visits

Thirty to sixty minutes booked as standard, so the real reason you came never gets left at the door.

Call or text Dr. Reyes on her own number, day or night, and reach the person who knows your history.

Same or next day

When something comes up, you are seen quickly. A small panel means there is always room for you.

House calls

For recovery, for the very unwell, or simply for the days you cannot travel, your doctor comes to you.

The care itself

Everything a good primary practice should do, done without the rush, and kept in one continuous record.

The annual, in depth

A long yearly visit and a plan for the year, built around your history and where you want to be.

Ongoing conditions

Blood pressure, thyroid, cholesterol and the rest, managed steadily by the doctor who knows your baseline.

Specialists, coordinated

We find the right specialist, send your notes ahead, and fold their advice back into your plan.

Labs and prescriptions

Routine bloodwork read the same day it lands, and prescriptions handled without another appointment.

What membership is not

We are careful about this, because your health depends on it. Membership sits alongside insurance, it does not replace it.

Not insurance. Keep your plan for hospital care, surgery, and specialists.
Not emergency care. In an emergency, call your local emergency number first.
Not a surprise bill. Membership is one flat monthly fee, with no copays for your visits.
