The practice
A doctor, a house, and the time to do this properly.
Wexford House is one physician and a small team in a converted residence, built to feel less like a clinic and more like the home of someone who is glad you came.

Dr. Nadia Reyes
Founding physician · Internal medicine
Dr. Reyes practiced internal medicine in hospital wards for fifteen years before opening Wexford House in 2016. She built the practice small on purpose: three hundred patients, one doctor, and the kind of continuity that lets her catch what a rushed system misses. She is board certified in internal medicine and takes a limited panel so that she can keep her promise about time.
I trained to know my patients, not to see forty of them a day. Here I keep a small panel so I can practice the way I meant to: with time, with attention, and with a phone you can actually reach.
The person who answers
When you call Wexford House, a real person picks up, and it is usually Simone. She knows the members by name and keeps the whole house running quietly in the background.
Simone Ashford
Care coordinator, RN
I have worked front desks where the phone was the enemy. Here the phone is the whole point. When it rings, someone you know answers it.

Built like a home, not a clinic
No fluorescent lights, no rows of plastic chairs, no clipboard on a string. Wexford House is a warm set of rooms with good chairs, real books, and a kettle that is usually on.

And when you cannot come to us
Some visits belong at home. For recovery, for the frail, or for a day you simply should not be out, Dr. Reyes makes house calls within the city and the near suburbs.
Come and meet the doctor.
The first conversation is unhurried and free. See the house, meet Dr. Reyes, and decide with everything in front of you.
