Penrose & HaleConveyancingGet your fixed quote

One fixed fee. One conveyancer. One date we do not miss.

The fee is $1,890. It is on this page, it includes every search we run, and it does not change when things get complicated.

Two signed contract counterparts aligned on a desk beside a pen, in raking daylight.

THE FIXED FEE, BUYING

$1,890

Fixed. Every search included. Stated before you sign, honoured at settlement.

The date on your contract. We do not miss it.

The fee is one number, and it is on this page.

Three fixed fees, stated before you sign. No calculator homework, no quote ambush, no asterisk games.

  • Contract review before you sign anything.
  • All eleven searches, ordered on day one.
  • Unlimited questions, answered by your conveyancer.

Honest extras, charged only where a third party charges us: off-the-plan contract +$350, strata records pack +$180, urgent exchange under 48 hours +$250. That is the whole list.

From contract to keys, in six stations.

Every file moves through the same six stations, in the same order. You always know which one yours is standing at.

  1. Contract review

We read the contract before you sign it, and tell you what to strike out.

  2. Searches ordered

All eleven searches go out the day you engage us, not the week after.

  3. Exchange

Counterparts swap, the date is written in, and the clock starts.

  4. Adjustments

Rates and taxes are split to the day, and shown to you in writing.

  5. Final checks

One last title search, one last read of the file, the night before.

  6. Settlement day

Funds move, the stamp goes on, and the keys are yours.

The eleven searches we run on every purchase.

Each search is a question asked of the record before you are bound to the answer. Four of them catch most of the trouble.
