How we work
Field science, not fear. This page is the method: what we use, how we keep your household safe, and the two technicians who sign the reports.
Method 01
Integrated pest management, practised properly
The order matters: exclusion and habitat first, targeted product second, blanket spraying never. It is slower to do and it lasts longer, which is the point.
Rule 1
Registered products only, applied by licensed technicians at label rates. Every batch number goes on your report.
Rule 2
Exclusion first: sealing the weep hole beats baiting behind it. We carry the sealant on the van, not on a second quote.
Rule 3
Monitoring over reapplication: stations and follow-up windows tell us if a treatment held, so nothing gets sprayed on a hunch.
Exclusion in practice
The cheapest treatment we carry is a bead of sealant in the right gap. It is also the one that works for years.

The safety register
Kids, pets and the vegetable patch
Chemical anxiety is reasonable. The answer is placement discipline and honest re-entry times, printed on the report before you ask.

The field team
The technicians who sign your report
Employees on wages, in marked shirts and an unmarked van. Nobody on commission, nobody door-knocking, nobody you have not met before they arrive.

Lead technician, licensed applicator
Nine years in the field and the author of most of the specimen ledger. Runs the commercial accounts and the training program, and still takes the Tuesday residential round because she likes the detective work.
Marcus Deverell
Senior technician, timber pest specialist
Sixteen years of subfloors and roof voids. Wrote the 40-point inspection and can tell a live termite lead from an old one with a knuckle tap. Handles every pre-purchase report personally.
