Hadria

Hadria Plastic Surgery · Founded 2012

The mirror, on your own terms.

Hadria is the private practice of Dr. Elena Sava, specialist plastic surgeon. One surgeon, from your first consultation to your final follow-up. There is no sales team to hand you to, and no package to sell you.

Chapter I · The Practice

A practice built around one pair of hands.

Hadria occupies six quiet consulting rooms on Ashcroft Row. Travertine walls, raking daylight, and unhurried appointments. Dr. Sava does her own consults, her own theatre lists, and her own follow-ups.

You are allowed to take your time.

Nothing here is sold. Procedures are recommended when they are indicated, declined when they are not, and explained in plain language either way.

Chapter II · Procedures

Four areas of practice. One standard of candour.

Every procedure begins the same way: an examination, an honest opinion, and time to think. Candidacy is decided in the room, not on this page.

Face

For those who want to look like themselves, only rested.

Facelift, eyelid and brow surgery, and rhinoplasty, assessed in natural light and planned conservatively.

Breast

For those whose shape has changed, or never felt proportionate.

Augmentation, reduction, lift and reconstruction, sized to your frame rather than to a chart.

Body

For those after weight change or pregnancy, when training has done what it can.

Abdominoplasty, liposuction, and arm and thigh surgery, with skin quality assessed honestly first.

Skin & Refinement

For smaller concerns that still take up space in the mirror.

Scar revision, lesion excision and earlobe repair, many under local anaesthetic on a day list.

Chapter III · The Plate Library

Results are shown in the room, not on the internet.

We keep a private plate library: consented, unretouched studies organised by procedure and body type. At consultation you will review the plates that resemble your own starting point.

Results are shown privately, at consultation, with the consent of every patient pictured.

Chapter IV · The Surgeon

The surgeon you meet is the surgeon who operates.

Dr. Elena Sava founded Hadria in 2012 after a decade of specialist training and public hospital theatre lists. Her practice is deliberately narrow: face, breast, body and skin, in small numbers, done carefully.

She is the only surgeon here. The person who examines you is the person who plans your operation, performs it, and reviews your recovery.

Chapter V · The Consultation

What actually happens, in order.

No step is a surprise and no step is rushed. This is the shape of care here, from first note to final review.

Sixty minutes

Surgery at an accredited hospital with Dr. Voss attending anaesthesia. Day surgery or one overnight stay, as your plan dictates.

Up to a year of review

Every operation carries risk. We will discuss yours plainly.

The Evening Consult

Some decisions want a quieter hour.

On Thursdays the rooms stay open late. The same surgeon, the same hour-long consultation, after the city has gone home. There is no signage beyond the door, and appointments are spaced so no two patients cross.

Enquiries

The first appointment is only a conversation.

You will leave it knowing what surgery can and cannot do for you, what it costs, and how long it takes. Nothing is booked until you ask.
