Two business days after you send the address, you get a written file: the achievable rent range, the works worth doing before listing, and the whole fee board so the arithmetic is done before we ever meet.
Send the address
Email the address and a good time to call. That is the entire form. If photos are handy, attach them; if not, we manage.
We do the homework
Comparable rents in the building and the street, current vacancy in your suburb, and an honest note on the one or two works that would move the rent.
You get the file
The range, the reasoning, the fee board in writing, and a switching plan if you already have a manager. Then it is your call, and we leave it with you.
Two business days, in writing, no obligation, no chasing afterwards.
