The industry sells with adjectives and pressure. This page is the opposite: the certificate format we leave on your bench, the marks worth trusting on a box, the person who signs the work and what it costs to keep it running.
The certificate
Readings against the guideline, signed.
Every test visit ends with this document: each determination written beside the guideline value, dated and signed. After an install we run the bench again and add the commissioning column, so before and after live on one page.
No cloud portal, no login, no subscription. Paper, in your kitchen, with numbers a second opinion can check.

How to read the marks on the box.
Certification marks are the one honest signal in a noisy market. These are the classes we install to, and what each actually promises. If a box carries none of them, that is your answer.
MARK 02
Gold Seal class marks
Industry gold-seal programs certify the whole product line and the factory behind it, not one lucky sample. We treat them as the entry ticket, not the finish line.
MARK 03
Licensed installation
Plumbing product marks and a licensed installer are what keep an insurance assessor calm. Every Stonewell install is done under a plumbing licence and signed on the certificate.

Stonewell is a workshop, not a sales floor. Reg runs the bench, signs every certificate and answers the phone number on this site. The van carries instruments and cartridges; the demo kit with the scare theatre stays wherever the other companies keep it.
Second opinions are welcome here. Bring another company's quote to the workshop and we will read the numbers with you, including the ones that say leave it alone.

Chlorine vs chloramine
Suppliers disinfect with one or the other, and they are removed differently: chloramine shrugs off the carbon that eats chlorine. One call to your supplier, or one bench test, settles which carbon your rail needs.
