$89 diagnostic on any trade, credited when we do the work.
TKT-0114HVACfrom $129
One crew for the whole system — furnace, AC, heat pump, ducts. We tune it in the shoulder seasons so it holds in the peak ones, and when a system is done, we say so and quote the replacement before the van rolls.
HOW IT'S PRICEDfrom $129
Tune-ups and diagnostics run at the published from-price. Repairs are quoted flat-rate before work starts — the number you hear is the number on the invoice.

By the math, on paper. If a repair costs more than a third of a new system on a unit past its likely life, we quote both and walk you through it. No commission rides on either answer.
Full system replacement is a same-week install on the standard residential range — most swaps are a single day on site.
TKT-0115PLUMBINGfrom $99
From a weeping valve to a burst supply line at 2 a.m. — water moves fast, so dispatch moves faster. Every plumbing ticket gets a camera-verified fix where it matters, not a guess behind drywall.
HOW IT'S PRICEDfrom $99
Most water-heater swaps run $1,400–$2,200 installed, tank and code parts included — quoted exactly, before the old one comes out.

Clear first. Camera the line, clear the blockage, and show you the footage. Replacement only gets quoted when the pipe itself has failed — and you see the same footage we do.
Shut the main, then call the night line. A licensed tech answers, talks you through making it safe, and the van rolls with the rate already quoted.
TKT-0116ELECTRICALfrom $119
Panels, circuits, chargers — the work behind the wall that has to be right the first time. Every electrical ticket closes with a torque check and a labelled panel, because the next tech to open it might be you.
HOW IT'S PRICEDfrom $119
Most 200-amp panel upgrades land between $2,600 and $4,800 including permit and inspection — scoped on site, quoted before a breaker moves.

Always, where code requires one — panel work, new circuits, service upgrades. The permit and the inspection are in the quote, not a surprise line item.
A load calculation answers that in one visit. If the panel has the headroom, the circuit goes in the same day; if it does not, you get the upgrade math before you commit to anything.
