Start with a sniff-around
Every membership starts the same way: a 20-minute meet-and-greet at the Club, dog very much included. No deposits, no paperwork marathon — just a walk around the yard and a proper hello.

Email or call with your dog's name, age and general vibe. We reply the same day, seven days a week.
The sniff-around
Twenty minutes at the Club: you tour the yard and the nap wing while we do the temperament assessment disguised as a game of fetch.
First day free
Pass the meet-and-greet and the first full club day is on us — report card, photos, heroic nap and all.
Bring three things
- Their vaccination record — checked at the gate
- The dog. This one is important.
- Your questions — the hard ones are our favourites

- Sat–Sun 8:00am – 5:00pm

Meet-and-greets run Tuesday to Saturday, 10am to 2pm — the yard's calmest window, on purpose.
The response promise
Emails answered the same day, seven days a week. Phones answered between 6:30am and 6:30pm — if we miss you, we call back before the yard closes.
