Questions everyone asks
What vaccinations do you require?
Current core vaccinations plus canine cough, checked at the gate on day one and again at every renewal. Bring the record to your meet-and-greet and you're set.
Does my dog have to pass a test?
Yes — a relaxed one-on-one assessment during the meet-and-greet, then a supervised first hour with a small friend group. It's how the whole club stays easy-going.
What should I pack for boarding?
Their usual food portioned per meal, any medication, and one thing that smells like home. We supply the beds, bowls, towels and the good times.
My dog is shy. Will they cope?
Shy members get the quiet group, extra handler time and a slower ramp-up. Plenty of our regulars started under a bench and now run the place.
What's the cancellation policy?
Daycare: cancel by 8pm the night before, no charge. Boarding: 48 hours' notice for a full refund, because plans change and we're not monsters.
