Storm line open · 24/7

RS-00 · Scope of services

No drama in the estimate. All of it in the scope of work.

Four trades, one standard: every job scoped line by line, priced before we start, photographed before we leave. This page is the full version of that promise — scope, warranty ledger and the complete 21-point inspection.

RS-01 · Roof replacement

Roof replacement

A replacement starts at the deck, not the shingle. We open the roof, read the wood, and rebuild the whole system — underlayment, ice barrier, flashing, ventilation — so the manufacturer's registration goes through without an asterisk.

Full tear-off and rebuild, deck up. Asphalt, standing seam, slate and cedar, installed to manufacturer spec so the material warranty actually holds.

Full tear-off, rebuilt deck up · job RR-1408

In the scope

  • Full tear-off, deck inspected board by board
  • Ice and water barrier at eaves and valleys
  • New flashing at every wall, chimney and penetration
  • Ventilation balanced intake to exhaust
  • Manufacturer-registered install, warranty filed for you
  • Debris off site same day, lawn magnet swept

RS-02 · Storm repair

Storm repair

Storm damage is a claim before it's a repair, so the paperwork comes first: tarp the breach, photograph every elevation, and write the scope in the line-item language your adjuster already reads.

Wind, hail and fallen-limb damage, from missing tabs to punctured decking. Photo-documented for your claim before we lift a single shingle.

Damage mapped and logged before the estimate · job RR-1408

In the scope

  • Emergency tarp-off, any hour of the night
  • Photo log of every elevation before work starts
  • Hail and wind damage mapped slope by slope
  • Shingles matched to your roof, batch-checked
  • Flashing and vent collars replaced, never just caulked
  • Scope of work written line by line for the adjuster

RS-03 · Siding & exteriors

Siding & exteriors

Hail doesn't stop at the ridge line. We restore the whole envelope — siding, soffit, fascia, trim — matched and flashed so the street never learns which wall took the hit.

Hail-bruised siding, torn soffit, bent fascia. We restore the whole envelope so the repair doesn't read as a patch from the street.

New courses, flashed and wrapped · Eastbrook Z-04

In the scope

  • Fiber cement and engineered wood systems
  • Color match checked in daylight before ordering
  • House wrap and flashing tape at every seam
  • Soffit and fascia rebuilt to a straight line
  • Hail bruising mapped for the claim, wall by wall
  • Caulk lines checked at handover

RS-04 · Gutters & drainage

Gutters & drainage

A roof sheds water; the gutters decide where it lands. We size each run to the slope actually draining into it, cut it seamless on site, and route the downspouts away from the foundation.

One continuous run sized to your actual roof, not a stock profile. Water goes where it should, away from the foundation.

In the scope

  • Seamless runs, cut on site to the inch
  • Sized to the roof area draining into them
  • Pitch set with a level, not by eye
  • Downspouts routed clear of the foundation
  • Leaf protection where the trees demand it
  • Flow-tested with a hose before we leave

RS-04.1 · Procedure

How every job runs.

01

Inspect & scope

The 21-point inspection, then a fixed price, line by line. The number doesn't move once you sign.

02

Build & document

Manufacturer-spec install, photographed as it goes down — deck, underlayment, flashing, finish.

03

Hand over & register

Warranty registered, report filed, debris gone. The paperwork arrives before the invoice does.

RS-05 · Warranty

The ledger, conditions and all.

This is the table that ships with every estimate — the same terms, the same type size. Nothing here changes after you sign.
