RC-00 · The crew register

Who's on your ridge.

Storm work is a people business. Ridgeway runs two standing crews and one founder who still answers the phone — everyone below is photographed on the job, because that's where they are.

RC-01 · The founder

Walt Merrick

Founder & foreman · on the roofs since 2009

Walt framed houses for a decade before he founded Ridgeway in 2009, and he still reads every scope of work before it goes to an adjuster. Your adjuster gets measurements and documentation — not a sales pitch.

“If the line rings at 2am, it rings me. You'll never have to explain your roof to a call center.”

RC-02 · Standing crews

Two crews, always rostered.

The designations from the dispatch ticker

Crew RW-1

Replacements & rebuilds

Dane Kowalski

Lead installer · nine seasons on the ridge

Tear-offs and full replacements, deck up. Four installers, every one fall-protection trained and harnessed on every pitch — the RR-1408 hail tear-off in the restorations log is theirs.

Crew RW-2

Storm response & repair

Marco Reyes

Storm-response lead · seven storm seasons

First out after a front: tarp-offs, triage, claim photo logs. The 41-minute response at the top of the dispatch ticker is their median, not their record.
