The questions everyone asks.
What do I get when I buy a template?
The whole site as source files. Every page, every image, every word. Your download link is emailed as soon as the payment settles, and the source is yours to change however you like. The template licence covers one live site, and you choose how many licences you buy.
What do templates cost?
US$249 to US$899, charged in US dollars. The price tracks what the site is worth to that trade, not how many pages it has — a laser eye clinic wins a $4,000 patient, a lawn round wins $60 a fortnight. Every number is on the card in the marketplace.
What does a custom build cost?
From US$1,500 (A$2,250 including GST). One base, every page the brief needs and no page cap, plus what you add on top. The price you see is the price you pay, with nothing added at checkout. Answer a few questions about your business and your exact number comes back before you pay anything.
How long does a build take?
Your first design lands within 3 business days of payment. Most builds go live within 5 business days of your go-ahead.
Do I own it?
A custom build is yours: code, content, design and domain, all in your name. A template is licensed rather than sold. You get the source and you can change all of it, but each licence covers one live site and you cannot resell it.
Is there a subscription?
Not one you can buy today. There is one plan, covering hosting, your database, your integrations and your domains after launch, and it is being repriced. The template or the build is a one-off payment either way.
What about refunds?
A template is final once you download it. Before you download, email us and we refund it. On a build, cancel before we start and you get back what you paid less anything already spent; cancel after we start and we keep a fair amount for the work done. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law sit over all of it, and the refunds policy has the full version.
