Stage 01 · Book an assessment
Sixty minutes. Then a plan.
Every arc at Clearwater starts in the same room: a full history, a movement screen, baseline numbers — and a written plan with its price on it before you leave.
- Full history — told once, kept on one file
- Movement screen for the region involved
- Baseline measures that set the re-test
- First treatment, same visit
- A written plan with its price on it
01 · Referrals
Referred, self-referred, or referred on.
Coming on your own
No referral is needed to book — most people bring themselves in. The intake above is the whole front door.
Sent by a GP or specialist
Bring the letter or have it sent ahead — we report back to them at every re-test, so your whole care team reads the same chart.
Needing a referral out
If the assessment says imaging or a specialist should come first, we say so inside the hour — and send the referral ourselves.
When you can be seen
Most new clients sit their assessment within three business days. Tell us if it cannot wait.
