Conditions & treatments

Every condition leaves with a plan.

The atlas below is how we think: nine body regions, each with a typical plan length, the disciplines it draws on, and what the first hour will actually measure. No mystery menu — the chart is the offer.

The key

Every atlas entry names the disciplines it draws on — and every entry ends at the same door: Stage 01.

01 · The atlas, at depth

Nine regions. One way of working.

Each entry tells you three things: what we measure first, what the plan tends to hold, and how long it typically runs. The exact count — and its price — goes in writing at the end of your assessment.

014–10 sessions

Back & neck

Disc injury, sciatica, whiplash, postural strain

The first hour measures

A movement screen, neural checks, and a baseline pain-and-function score for the exact segment involved — not just “the back.”

Inside the plan

Manual therapy and graded loading first. Sleep and stress work joins the plan when the numbers say the pain is being amplified, not just produced.

026–12 sessions

Shoulder

Rotator cuff, frozen shoulder, instability

The first hour measures

Range and strength measured side to side, plus the overhead positions your work and sport actually ask for.

Inside the plan

Hands-on work to restore range, then progressive loading until the shoulder holds under your real load — desk, trade or barbell.

Start Stage 01 →
036–14 sessions

Knee & hip

ACL rehab, meniscus, osteoarthritis, ITB

The first hour measures

Single-leg control, squat and hop tolerance, joint range — measured, not eyeballed, so the re-test means something.

Inside the plan

Graded strength work around the joint, with objective return-to-sport criteria where the goal is the field and not the couch.

Start Stage 01 →
044–8 sessions

Foot & ankle

Plantar fasciitis, sprains, shin splints

The first hour measures

Gait, balance and load tolerance, with your footwear and training history on the chart beside the numbers.

Inside the plan

Load management first, then a progressive return to the distances and surfaces you actually train on.

Start Stage 01 →
054–8 sessions

Hand, wrist & elbow

Tennis elbow, carpal tunnel, repetitive strain

The first hour measures

Grip strength, provocation tests and a work-task inventory — most conditions in this region are dose problems.

Inside the plan

Tendon-loading protocols and workstation changes, progressed against grip and pain scores rather than the calendar.

Start Stage 01 →
066–12 sessions

Head & mind

Chronic stress, anxiety, pain-related insomnia

The first hour measures

Validated measures for sleep, stress and mood — the same rigor we give a knee, because it deserves the same rigor.

Inside the plan

Structured psychology sessions with movement prescribed alongside — the evidence for the pair is stronger than for either alone.

Start Stage 01 →
07Reviewed quarterly

Chronic & complex

Persistent pain, fibromyalgia, fatigue

The first hour measures

A longer history and a map of every system involved — flare patterns, sleep, medication, and what previous care has already ruled out.

Inside the plan

Pacing and graded activity with psychology built in from the first stage, reviewed against a small set of measures you choose with us.

Start Stage 01 →
084–10 sessions

Sport & performance

Return-to-play, load management, tendinopathy

The first hour measures

Baseline capacity against the demands of your sport — strength, power and the numbers your return date depends on.

Inside the plan

A return-to-play ladder with objective criteria at every rung. You progress when you pass the test, not when the calendar says so.

Start Stage 01 →
098–16 sessions

Post-surgical

Joint replacement, reconstruction, spinal rehab

The first hour measures

Your surgeon’s protocol on the chart beside our own baseline — range, swelling, strength — so nothing gets progressed blind.

Inside the plan

Stage-gated rehab that reports back to your surgeon at every milestone, from protected range to full load.

02 · Session pricing

Three session types. No decoder ring.

Whatever the atlas entry, care is built from the same three sessions — priced here, before you ever book one.

Initial assessment

60 min

History, movement screen, baseline measures, first treatment, written plan

from $120

Standard session

30 min

Treatment and progression against your plan, any discipline

from $85

Extended session

50 min

Complex or multi-region care, or two disciplines back-to-back

from $130

All prices USD. Your full course is quoted in writing at the end of the assessment — no review fees, no surprise extras.

03 · Fair questions

Asked before, answered here.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed to book — most people bring themselves in. If a GP, surgeon or insurer referred you, bring the letter: we report back to them at every re-test.

How soon can I be seen?

Most new clients sit their assessment within three business days. Tell us when you book if it cannot wait.

How long will my plan run?

Most plans land between four and sixteen sessions, depending on the region and the goal. The atlas shows the typical range — your written plan names the exact count, and its price, before it starts.

What happens if I stop improving?

If two re-tests move nothing, the plan changes — different discipline, different load, or a referral out. A stalled chart is information, not a sales opportunity.

Can I see two disciplines in one visit?

Yes — that is the extended session: 50 min, two disciplines back-to-back, one plan updated once. Useful when a knee needs loading and sleep needs fixing in the same week.

Next · Stage 01

Whatever it is, it starts the same way.

One hour, your history, a movement screen, and a written plan with a number on it. The atlas entry is the map — the assessment is the ground.
