Where we build
Within two hours of the city by default, and further for repeat clients and industrial programmes, where our site teams travel with the work. If your project sits outside that circle, ask. The honest answer costs nothing.
Beyond the hoarding
We buy from local trades first, run a cadet intake every year, and publish our social procurement spend annually. Community standing is a scored criterion on public work, and it is also how a builder keeps its name good in the towns it builds in.
