1.What we agree to, and what you do

The master agreement: what we build, what we host, how pricing and tax work, who owns what, and what happens if either side wants to walk away. Every other document on this page sits under it.

2.The money page

How paying, cancelling and getting money back actually works: the build refund and its approval gate, hosting and maintenance, the template licence, and referral terms. Prices are resolved on our servers from your real order, never from anything a browser sends.

3.What we hold, why, and how to get it back

Every category of personal information we store, who processes it on our behalf, where it goes overseas, how long we keep it, and how to ask for a copy or a deletion. Written against the Australian Privacy Principles.

4.What you may do with a template you bought

A license is the right to run one site. This says what that includes, what it does not, and what happens to your license if the order is refunded or charged back.
