What hosting on a plan includes

Standard Hosting and Care is for a site you already own. It is billed once a year. Check the pricing page for its current price and whether it is open for purchase or taking a waitlist.

What is included#

The hosting arrangement covers the site we agree to look after.

• Hosting and maintenance for that site.
• SSL that renews itself, so the padlock does not lapse on a date nobody diarised.
• Cloudflare's network in front of your site.
• Monitoring where your site is connected to it. The dashboard shows the latest recorded checks, when available.
• Support. If a site we host breaks, email [email protected] with the affected page and what happened.

Your database and integrations#

• Your agreed setup. Your build or hosting scope sets out the database and connections your site needs, who operates them and what the ongoing price covers. We run the database and integrations agreed for that setup.

• New connections. An entry on the integrations page is a connection we can discuss. It does not mean every listed service is already connected to your site. New connections and changes outside your scope are agreed before work starts. Any third-party subscription or usage charges are confirmed separately.

Several sites on one plan#

Your dashboard can hold more than one site. Confirm which sites and services your hosting arrangement covers; each site keeps its own domain and pages.

What it does not cover#

• Your domain registration and renewal. These cost extra, including the first year.
• Content changes. On Standard, these are quoted separately before work starts.
• New features or an application. Those are a custom build, not a hosting question.

Where the price is#

• The Standard plan price is on the pricing page, in your own currency.
• For a custom build, confirm any launch hosting and its duration on your quote.
