Prices and what you are charged

Custom builds and templates are available to buy. The pricing page shows their current prices and whether Standard Hosting and Care is open for purchase or taking a waitlist.

What each one costs#

Two are priced before you pay, one is quoted, and only the plan renews.

• A custom website is priced in the instant quote, before you pay anything.
• An app, a customer portal or an internal tool is quoted per project, after a free call to scope it.
• A template has a fixed price on its own page in the marketplace.
• Standard Hosting and Care is a yearly price, billed once a year. There is no monthly option.

What the plan includes#

Standard is hosting and care for a site you already have.

• Hosting, SSL that renews itself, and Cloudflare's network in front of your site.
• Monitoring for a connected site, with its latest recorded checks shown in your dashboard.
• Support. If a site we host breaks, it is ours to fix.
• Content changes are quoted separately, before any work starts.
• A domain is not included. Registration and renewal are a separate cost.

What you actually pay#

Three rules that govern every charge here.

• You are shown the figure before you pay it. What you are charged is confirmed at checkout.
• You are charged in your own currency, not shown one currency and billed another.
• Australian prices include GST.

What renews and what does not#

Only one thing on this site is a subscription.

• The plan renews yearly until you cancel it.
• A template does not renew. One payment, one licence.
• A build does not renew. The build fee is paid once.

Where the numbers are#

Prices move; this page does not print them for that reason.

• The pricing page carries the live figures for builds and for the plan, and shows whether the plan can be started today.
• The template marketplace carries each template's own price.
• Your receipt carries what you were actually charged, which is the number that counts.
