Create your account and sign in
An account opens with your first order, and every sign-in after that is a link or a code sent to your email. There is no password to lose.
On this page
You do not sign up before you buy. An account opens with your first order, and the receipt email carries your way in.
Getting your first account#
There is no separate registration step.
- Buy a template, start a plan or commission a build. Any one of the three opens the account.
- Watch the receipt email. It carries the link into your portal.
- The email address you paid with is the account. Use the same one to sign in afterwards.
Signing in after that#
Sign in from any page with Log in, at the top right.
- Type your email address into the sign-in card.
- Press Get Magic Link.
- Open the email and click the link, or type the six-digit code from it into the same card.
What the magic link does#
The link is the password, and it is single use.
- It works once. A used link cannot be used again.
- It expires in ten minutes. Ask for another if it lapses.
- There is no password to choose, forget or have stolen.
- A code is the fallback. If the link will not open, the same email carries a six-digit code you can type instead.
Signing in with Google or GitHub#
Two other doors into the same account.
- Continue with Google - we receive your email address and nothing else.
- Continue with GitHub - the same.
- Use the address you ordered with. A different address is a different account.
If nothing arrives#
Three things to try, in order.
- Check spam. Sign-in mail is transactional and lands there occasionally.
- Resend it from the same card, or switch to a different email address.
- Email [email protected] if none of that works. A person answers and can sign you in another way.
