Find your way around the dashboard

Find your sites, orders and available reports in the dashboard, and send a text-change request or follow a reply.

Signing in opens your dashboard. What it shows depends on the sites and orders attached to your account and the services connected to them.

Asking for a change#

  • Send a text-change request from the dashboard's Ask for a change section. Name the page, paste the current text and provide its replacement. Replies appear in the same thread.
  • For other changes, email [email protected] with what you need.
  • On Standard, content changes are quoted separately, before any work starts. Sending the request does not itself purchase the work.

What each area holds#

  • Your sites - the build and hosting details attached to your account.
  • Analytics - traffic reports where analytics is connected and data is available.
  • Search and site checks - the available results for a connected site. These do not establish a Google ranking or an AI recommendation.
  • Your orders and plan - the purchases and subscription recorded on your account.

Holding more than one site#

The dashboard handles several sites on one account.

  • Each site has its own pages and its own domain.
  • One sign-in reaches all of them, so there is no second account to keep.
  • Every order and receipt sits in one list, whichever site it was for.

Getting to it#

Open /dashboard/ to sign in, and bookmark it for next time.
